Kali-yuga.org is a personal brainstorming and writing platform for me, Kemal S. If you want to reach me somehow then kamal [at] kali-yuga [dot]org – you know what to do.

Personal Notes: Kemal is an engaged and soon to be married DC expat, with a non-current non-active attachment to two specific Sufi tariqas, whose names you probably do not know. I do not consider myself a Sufi, nor even a Murid, though if I happened to still be one I would be a rather bad excuse for one.
I currently haunt the Southern Ohio Tri-State area, with seasonal departures elsewhere.
I dig: old books, eschatology, Islam, Hermeticism, commodities, antiques, fine cheese, fish & chips, coffee, coffee houses, road trips, jazz, and experimental music.
I used to be fascinated by phone phreaking, but then I grew up, and blue boxing hasn’t worked for almost 15 years now…
I do not dig: Crass stupidity, tacky tattoos, and thoughtless bigotry.
Thoughtful and well thought out bigotry, however, I can at least respect and artistic or interesting tattoos pique my interest now and then.
Kemal is also fond of: Cats, target shooting with large bore handguns, target shooting with small bore handguns, long meandering walks in old neighborhoods and graveyards, and poetry. In case I didn’t mention that..
And really, that is all that you need to know.
